1. DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes. I'm based in New York City, and serve the surrounding area. Travel within 5 miles is included, and I'm happy to travel farther for an additional fee. Just let me know your location when you inquire.

2. HOW DOES BOOKING WORK?

Start with a free 15-minute call so we can talk about your brand and goals. Then I'll send a quote and agreement, and a [50%] deposit locks in your date. For mini-documentaries, you'll provide the location before the session, and I'll send a short prep guide so you know what to expect.

4. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

Life happens. You can reschedule once at no charge with at least [48 hours] notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to your new date. Cancellations within [48 hours] of your session may forfeit the deposit.

5. DO YOU CREATE OR EDIT UGC AND REELS?

Both. I can create UGC-style videos for your brand, or edit footage and creator videos you already have. Captions, music, and pacing are built for social media. Reach out for a custom quote.

6. WHAT DO I RECEIVE, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

You'll get your final photos and videos as high-resolution digital files in a private online gallery, ready to download and post. Turnaround is 7-10 business days for most packages, and 1-2 weeks for premium mini-documentaries.

3. DO YOU EDIT FOOTAGE I ALREADY HAVE?

Yes. Send me your clips and I'll turn them into polished, ready-to-post reels with captions, music, and pacing built for social media.
